Support for libraries, museums, and micronational festivals; exchange of artistic and historical material.
4. Sustainable micro-development
Local currencies, crowdfunding, environmental mini-projects, and open data.
5. Norms & charter
UMN Charter maintenance, rules of procedure, and a public register of General Assembly resolutions.
