7. Application for Membership

The applicant must submit an official application including:

  • governance structure
  • information about citizens/participants

8. Review Procedure

The admission process includes:

  • Preliminary review (Secretariat)
  • Evaluation by the Recognition Council
  • Recommendation of the Sovereignty Council (if required)
  • Voting by the General Assembly

9. Membership Statuses

After review, the applicant may receive:

10. Grounds for Rejection
